Description

Helping and supporting children and young people 0 to 18 years with a disability or additional need and their families, to try out new things, have fun and access their local community.

The team provides:

  • Inclusive school holiday activities for children with a disability or additional need aged between 8 and 18 years and family days out
  • Regular club opportunities
  • Regular newsletter and activities calendar
  • Activity passes and Max Card

  • If your child or young person has one or more of the following: a disability; requires special educational needs support; Education Health and Care Plan; in receipt of Disability Living Allowance; you can access time limited one to one support for your family to identify short break needs, local opportunites and funding.
