Description

We are an advisory service for English as an Additional Language for all Early Years providers in Somerset, delivered by the Pre-school Learning Alliance and funded through Somerset Schools Forum.

We provide advice and practical support to all Early Years practitioners in Somerset to deliver improved outcomes for children with English as an Additional Language and their families.

We provide free training to Early Years providers in Somerset.

We can provide one-to-one visits to Early Years providers.

We give support to access resources through our website and links to Learning Support Centres across the county.

We promote home visiting in Early Years settings and may be able to assist with funding to support this.

Special educational needs and disabilites information

All schools, childcare and SEND providers must make their policy and provision for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) available on their website. This is usually published in the provider's SEN information report. This link takes you to where you can find this provider's SEN information report.

If you cannot find what you are looking for or you have questions about the provider's SEN provision, you should contact the provider directly.

We usually hold some information about a provider's policy and provision and you can find what we do hold here.
