You can find information to help you find a home on Homefinder Somerset. Homefinder Somerset is a partnership of District councils and Housing Associations working together to make the process of finding a home easier.

For young people with special educational needs in Somerset, the local authority Learning Disabilities Teams are the first point of contact for initial advice and potential referral options for finding somewhere to live.
