It is often helpful to talk things through with someone else. There are lots of professionals who can help you, and there are lots of volunteer organisations and groups to help you discuss what support is available.
We all need someone to help us get our voice heard at some time or other, and there are organisations and services designed to support people to have their feelings and frustrations heard. These people are usually know as advocates.
You can even volunteer to help other people speak up.
