St Cuthbert's CofE Infants School, Keward Walk, Wells, Somerset, BA5 1TZ
We will get to know about your child when they start and through on going observational assessments. Targets linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage ages and stages of development will be set on EHCP¿s to support the learning and development of your child. This enables planning for individual needs and learning goals. In addition to the EHCP, they will have a Personal Pathway; this will contain written observations and photographs and samples of your child’s work to support staff in assessing and planning to help your child progress totheir next steps.
All schools, childcare and SEND providers must make their policy and provision for children with
Special Educational Needs (SEN) available on their website. This is usually published in the
provider's SEN information report. This link takes you to where you can find this provider's
SEN information report.
If you cannot find what you are looking for or you have questions about the provider's SEN
provision, you should contact the provider directly.
We usually hold some information about a provider's policy and provision and you can find what
we do hold here.
