Highbridge, Somerset, TA9 3FE
After completing a level 3 qualification in Early Years at Bridgwater collage I gained 5 years experience in a nursery setting, working with children aged between 6 months and 4 years. Alongside working, I also completed my degree in Early Years with the Open University in 2012. My degree helped me gain a deeper understanding of how children learn which has had a huge impact on my professional development. I registered as a childminder in February 2013. I wanted to create a childcare setting where parents can confidently leave their child in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. My aim is to provide activities where children can be free to play and explore. My role is to provide planned activities, experiences and resources which can help the children build on their individual interests and reach their full potential. In 2016 I was graded as OUTSTANDING by Ofsted. I am currently working towards becoming a Curiosity approach accredited.
All schools, childcare and SEND providers must make their policy and provision for children with
Special Educational Needs (SEN) available on their website. This is usually published in the
provider's SEN information report. This link takes you to where you can find this provider's
SEN information report.
If you cannot find what you are looking for or you have questions about the provider's SEN
provision, you should contact the provider directly.
We usually hold some information about a provider's policy and provision and you can find what
we do hold here.
