Childrens Centre at Yeovil College
Yeovil College Nursery is a forward thinking day nursery for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The nursery opened in 1985, offering sessional care for children aged 2 to 5 years. Over the years since then, we have extended our provisions and services and are now able to provide full day care for up to 41 children at any given time, ages ranging from 3 months to 5 years. Our aim is to provide the children with a happy, secure and caring environment, which stimulates and encourages their natural development. We aim at independent decision making by the children, supported by our team of qualified staff, but the emphasis is on fun, within the context of a structured day. Through a range of experiences and individual support we aim to encourage the children to express themselves and develop into happy confident individuals. The caring family atmosphere that we provide helps the children to settle and establish themselves whilst flourishing as their needs are met.
Special educational needs and disabilites information
All early years providers should make their policy and provision for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) available on their website. This is published in the providers SEN information report. You can find this providers SEN information report here.
If you cannot find what you are looking for or you have questions around the providers SEN provision you should contact the provider directly.
